We offer exchange or credit notes but please be aware we DO NOT offer refunds
Refunds will be offered only if the product is deemed faulty
We accept returns within a 10 day period, anything outside of that time will not be processed.
All exchanges must be in unworn condition, tags still attached for suitable resale.
Sale items or items purchased with a sale code are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged/ credit noted or refunded.
We do not refund/ exchange or credit note accessories:
this includes beanies, magnets, jewellery, candles, bags + sunglasses

We do not refund shipping costs or any additional costs incurred by returning the item.
